We are a growing, family run business. Our goal is to be the best
decorative concrete and coatings company in Virginia. Our goal is not
to be the largest, or the cheapest guy in town.
We focus on quality. We strive to bring to each of our customer the very
best in workmanship, products and service. We will spend the extra day
to do a job right, rather than to have to come back, months later, trying
to correct something that could have been prevented.
We serve a unquie nitch in the concrete business. Our focus is
decorating, repairing and restoring existing concrete. All though we will
pour you a new slab if you need one, we try to beatify and protect what
you already have. Look around, there is concrete every where, most of
it boring and drab. It doesn't have to be, it can be functional and
beatifull at the same time.

Steven Stokes - President
Born & raised in Crozet/Greenwood VA. Oldest of 4 brothers and 1
sister. Graduated from Western Albermarle HS in 1986 and married my
high school sweetheart, Lisa Powell From there I joined the US Navy
and work in the field of Aviation Maintenance. I served 4 years at NAS
Oceana Naval Air Station in VA Beach, VA and 5 and a 1/2 years
aboard the USS Saipan home ported in Norfolk, VA. (although we rarely
were in our home port!) After nearly 10 years of service I left the Navy
and moved back home to Charlottesville, VA. I went to work for PRA
International, Inc. as there Corporate Facilites/Construction Manger. I
spent 6 years traveling the US and Western Europe opening new
facilities for the company. I left PRA to become the Director of
Operations for Valley Mall, Harrisonburg and Fashion Square Mall
Charlottesville, VA. In 2004 I started Elite Concrete Creations, Inc. and
now in 2007 we are going stronger than ever. The Lord has truly
blessed me. I am still married to the same beautiful woman, I have two
wonderful children and I own and operate my own business that is doing
well. What more can one ask for?
